Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Trapattoni just pictured at the Norwich v Arsenal game. But I was told he never goes to games?

It's true he doesn't go very often but "never" is totally wrong. He's been going since day one. People just get a mob mentality, like a witchhunt and make half of it up as they go along, it's ridiculous.

Fair enough, so what justifies picking McShane or Paul Green so? What games has he attended incidentally? Im open to correction

To say he "never" went to matches is wrong sure. But to say he's been going since day one is misleading.

Although he has attended the odd premiership match ( primarily at the beginning of his reign), he outsourced the task to his staff members. Evidently the FAI didn't believe he was attending enough which is why they brought it to his attention.

Hoolahan had an excellent game against Arsenal. Even at thirty, he warrants a place, not only in the squad, but in the first team. His positive, creative, and high energy style of play is unfortunately too far removed from the crap heap that Trap has styled for the last four years. He won't fit in to the current team, and Trap won't pick him.

Pilkington has a small chance of getting a call up although I won't hold my breath. It wouldn't be the first time he has overlooked a premiership winger in favour of a championship striker.

On MOTD last night I was wondering (for about 5 seconds) if Grant Holt had any Irish grannies, but then he selfishly wasted hopeless chances twice instead of just passing to Hoolahan. These are the kinda things 'new and improved Trap' will be looking at and noting (provided he was awake at the time).

Don't like having a go at someone over their fluency in a second-language, but four years since his appointment and Trapattoni still relies on an English translator? Like his infrequent appearances at PL games, it suggests that he just doesn't take this job as a seriously as he should.
