just wondering if anyone knows if this would be possible:

have a gmail filter (ideally) that filters all emails with an exact subject and takes the content of that email and puts it in a list, directly after the previous entry.

The list can be anything from a draft email to a note etc

    any thoughts?

I know what you mean but don't think there is a way to do it, at least not on gmail.
An option is to filter all mails with a specific subject to a separate folder, then shift them to an excel sheet and strip out all irrelevant text.
Or use a POP/IMAP client to get the mails to your pc and then you can work on them there, I don't know a client offhand that can do what you want but try a few out.
Possibly you can use a webscraper like iMacros to record a script to do this for you.
