eircom or scam?

    elderly neighbour keeps getting calls from a machine asking them to input information the number in question is ............011800241901 so is it legit or a scam?

    Hi Shakti

    I can confirm that number is from eircom, it's our 1901 accounts section. If this occurs again I would advise you to get your neighbour to call the number back (1901) and speak to an agent in our accounts department and they will explain the issue.
