Presta shop Installation

Right so Designing a site, have all my designs good to go need to install presta shop cart onto it. I saw on a video its just drag and drop and then do i just mess about with the css stylings to make it look the same? and how do i link my pages into the carts software? Sorry for the noob questions just never done this…
