    Person with experience in the licensed trade looking for a premises to lease/rent.

    Premises must be in good condition with reasonable/flexable terms.

    Living accommodation with premises ideal but not essential.

    Preferrably in the Cork City/County area.

    Looking to commence trading as soon as possible.

    If I were looking for a licenced premises, I'd be contacting a commercial estate agent not posting on boards.
