Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Does anyone have this in their school? If so, if are you a bit of a wizard on the technical side? Having a few issues with it at present (new computers, have to import the database again, etc. when issuing a book, this isn't recognised in another room so something has gone wrong somewhere). Will RTFM for the moment and can't talk to the help desk as our contract expired and it costs an arm and a leg to renew it for a year.

    I'm neither. :) I do the odd bit computer support. This was to install the software in classrooms, to keep track of books and give everyone a borrower's card. The school doesn't have a dedicated library.
