You have a three year warranty for that, so call xbox support if it's less than three years old.

Check the label at the back of the xbox, if the manufacture date is within the last 3 years call microsoft and they should replace it for you.

Otherwise a reflow / reball is needed to fix it but personally I would look at options of a new one, the new slim ones have less issues. so instead of putting dead money into it sell the power brick / hard drive (after backing it up first) and dvd drive and put it towards a new machine.
