    Dunmore East
The hill opposite JFK Arboretum and Hook Head. There's gardens somewhere over there too - Kilmakea?
Jerpoint, Woodstock, Inistioge, Graiguenamanagh & St Mullins
    Lismore, Ballysaggartmore and The Vee
    Cashel Rock and Cahir Castle
    Kilkenny City
There's a manor house in Carrick

Down in Dunmore and that they do Kayaking and other water activities etc.
Also check out the Theater Royal or Garter Lane for some showings.
Check the papers for a local Football or Hurling match (May be of interest)
    Greyhound Racing out in Kilcohan.
Lismore Castle/Gardens then the Vee and the walk into the lake there.
Go upto the lakes on the comeraghs.
