were on the 50mb internet with tv and phone. apparently its 69 per month...according to my bill, my internet alone now costs like 68 per month..whas even going on? am i being ripped off somehow?

Is your bill every month, or every two months?

Ideally, you'd contact UPC for a proper explanation of the charges.

Maybe you're being billed every two months, that would make sense

If not, ring them and ask them what's going on. Alternatively, there's a Talk to UPC forum on boards, you can ask there

You should be on a monthly bill though. Is it your first bill?
