Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

How are Sunerland so poor? They have the GOAT manager in MON in charge of them.

The Martin O Neill effect as highlighted by Villa fans is bearing fruit at Sunderland.

You sense that Newcastle can nick another from counter attack.

Why do Liverpool fans hate Martin O'Neil so much?

Well despite how bad we've been this season Villa are 2 points behind us with a game more played so it could be worse.

Yeah but you spent obscene money in the summer compared to Villa :pac:

    Really? What situation is that?

Villa fans were talking about money, he finished 6th three seasons in a row there which is better than they have done for a long time.

I remember Sessegnon was pretty good. What happened?

Cattermole definitely a loss in the middle there. He wouldn't have allowed all that slackness.

I'm baffled on how many lucky breaks Sunderland got in that game.....anger everywhere

    Just about a fair result.

Considering we went down to 10 men very early on - a very good effort throughout.

If today ever proved what most NUFC fans have known for quite some time now is the fact Fabricio Coloccini is one of the finest CB's in the Premier League.
    What a performance. Majestic.

Disappointed to see wor Shola taken off so early but had to be done I suppose.
    Perch was very solid.

Second time at the SoL we've conceded late on with two flukey goals. Very frustrating.

Fair enough result as said. Terrible footballing game however.

Martin Atkinson really was utter bollocks today.

Was a definite red really, cant see any understand an argument against it.

He was going for the ball. Had eyes only for it but he was being held back by a Sunderland player and fell short.

    Yellow at best.

If that was a red, then the high boot into Ba's chest by Larsson a few minutes beforehand should've seen similar punishment.. if you're going by consistency of course.

Rubbish, even Pardew said they can have no complaints.
