No one really uses it anymore , all of ux in the trade use flexible sealer in a tube like mastic, I use one from Wurth, Sikaflex is also popular.

Sealant is a better job but if your intent on tape then motors factors and body shops would probably have 3m vhb tape for sticking on body kit. You only get one chance to stick it down though and its never coming off :eek:
