New cycle club in Blessington "Reservoir Cogs" is up and running.
See "Reservoir Cogs Cycling Club" facebook page or reservoircogs.ie

Beginner spins are now running every Saturday over winter, meeting at Dunnes at 9am. All welcome.
The focus is social and inclusive, not speed or distance - pace is set by the slowest rider. Typical distances are around 25k flat, building slowly over the winter to a 40k circuit of the reservoir. There is usually a cuppa afterwards in Kennys.

More experience cyclist can join Sundays spins, meeting at Dunnes at 9am. These are usually 60 - 70k with climbs.

Mountain bikers go out on different days depending on the weather and trail conditions - sometimes at night with lights! See facebook page for latest news.

Venue for AGM is Old School, Lacken 5 Nov, 8pm - no where was available in Blessington itself. There may a pint in Zellers afterwards. Everyone interested in cycling is welcome regardless of fitness or ability.
