Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I am watching the choir of the year on RTE, its a great credit to all the teachers involved and must involve a lot of hard work for the teachers and schools involved.

We were at the Cumann na mBunscol finals on SATURDAY, run by teachers and scores and scores of kids involved, another one for thanks for the teachers.

Got in this afternoon after spending the whole weekend at the ppmta music conference with dozens of other teachers. All paying and giving up their own time to up skill and keep on top of changes in education. Though I'm wrecked and not looking forward to the week ahead it was absolutely brilliant. As the only music teacher in my school it is totally worth the time an energy to hear different ideas and discuss how other schools are working

The program gave a quick incite to the schoosl involved and I think thats fantastic, I know its best foot forward and all that on a TV program, but a lot of people (who resided in parts of Dublin) are obsessed with the idea that a fee paying school will always provide a better education.

Official Ireland can be very Dublin centred so its and its great to see excellent all round schools that education every section of the community they serve.

Also had our PE conference this weekend in Monaghan and again a great response from teachers looking to better themselves as teachers. Over 250 teachers were in attendance over the 2 days and got some great ideas to help make it more interesting for the students.
