Windows back-up, whats included?

hi, just wondering if the installed windows 7 backup and restore backs up emails etc from outlook? i have it set to a weekly schedule and took what ever the recommended settings were. how can i be sure, or should i do something extra regarding the settings? thanks ed

Oh ye of little faith.

If you want to backup your emails and contacts in MS Outlook, find outlook.pst and copy the file to your backup drive. Outlook must be closed or else you can't copy the file.
