peanut butter is very very high in calories. kind of defeats the purpose of rice cakes no?

    put chicken on them.

    LowLow Cheese Triangles with Ham.
I love them on Tesco Mild Chilli Rice Cakes.
Top with a slice of ham or some tomato and oregano.

    Chocolate nut butter
    Roast pepper pesto and chicken
cheese (brie, feta, goats, blue, cheddar etc)
    caramelised onions
    sun dried tomato
    pate
cured meats, tomato, olives and cheese
Figs roasted in balsamic vinegar and hummus
If you wanted something a bit sweet whipped cream and some fruit
    stewed apple

Depends on what you like really

Aldi cottage cheese with chives and onion. It's amazing!

Or choc philadelphia for a treat!

I used to have a palette like that and kind of still do but once you get off the sugar for a bit you'll want it less.
