Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

A solicitor will charge you a profesional fee plus outlays, plus VAT. So if he quotes professional fee €1,000 that will be plus all outlays, searches, land reg fees, stamp duty if necessary, swearing fees, postage etc. Then plus fat on professional fee.

Make sure the solicitor specifies what is in or out and what the estimates the outlays to be. Shop around.

I'm sure you meant VAT. :D

From the 1st Dec registration fees are increasing greatly so ensure any solicitor quote you get is at the new rates just to make sure you are comparing like with like...
