There are two Voodoo Lounges on the Quays aren't there?

I was at a comedy gig in the basement of one of them recently (it's the one closer to O'Connell Bridge). It's a casino upstairs. Not sure if it's newly opened or not.

It's been a casino for a few years at this stage.

I know the casino that was in the original voodoo has moved nearer to O' Connell bridge but I heard from a few people that it's reopening as a music venue in November. Anyone know for sure ??

Found a facebook page, but had no info. There was a website that was just rushed up from a put it together yourself template type thing, that looked horrendous, but again with no info.

Didn't know the card club moved from Arran Quay.

Is that not The Laughter Lounge?

Voodoo Lounge was way down past Sin E, actually ironically the original down there is a Casino or card place or something these days.

Does your man from FLCs still own a piece of it?

Nope this is one of the Voodoo Lounge places. It's before Sin E - there's another way on down past Sin E that looks shut these days.

Was good about 10 or more years ago but then was dead until it closed down, I remember going in there with mates on a Friday or Saturday nights and about 10 people max being there, too far from City Centre and in competition with Sin E killed it.
