Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I have an interest in irish motoring [two and four wheels] and also like to read books on the subject, could anyone suggest some titles [old and new] that are available and where they can be purchased on any aspect of irish motoring.

Looking through what's on the shelf here are...

Wheels and deals by John O'Donovan, 30 years old now, probably well outta print.
Motor makers in Ireland by John Moore, a more recent publication.
Bus Eireann by Molloy, Hall and McDonnell.
Dublin Bus by the same three lads.
CIE Buses 1945-1987 by Cyril McIntyre. Very detailed book.
Irish Army vehicles by Karl Martin. Again, extremely detailed but very hard to find now as its out if print.
'Are you still below' by Miriam Nyham. A history of Fords Cork plant.
Iv an Irish hearse book too, but it's no longer in print either. Plus that's quite the specialist subject!
