Dole asking everyone about sundays?

When I was signing on today, everyone was getting asked if they worked Sundays.. I replied yes as I do once in a blue moon (and they are aware of that) but all I got was a dirty look but no reply! Are they changing the rules regarding Sunday working?

Yes, from early 2013 it has been announced that Sunday work will be taken into consideration when calculation weekly unemployment payments.

I received a letter this morning informing me of the above.
