    Guys cant figure out why im stuck in this loop any ideas?
    System.out.print("Assign your Values to P & Q\n");
                while(p != 1 || p != 0)
                {
                    System.out.print('\u000C');
                    System.out.print("P: ");
                    int checkerP = input.nextInt();
                    p = checkerP;
                }

    when I remove the check on the 0 it works fine. I need to make sure the user enters 0 or 1 and I dont want the programme to move until until it does. I want it to circle until they enter a valid number.
    while((p != 1) || (p != 0))

    wrapping it like this doesnt make a difference

    AND rather than OR ?

    p cannot be both 0 and 1 so the loop is always true.
