    Hi,

    I am trying to register my account to see my online account but it is telling me that it is registered to another person.

    Any help would be appreciated!:)

    Hi ILoveShoez,

    Would you be using an email address that someone else is also using? Might the registration have been completed already?

    If you private message me your Electric Ireland account number and your name/address as they appear on your account, plus either the contact telephone number on it or your date of birth, I will investigate further.

    I am finishing up now, but will be here from 8am tomorrow.
