    1. What is your budget? [€500-600]

    2. What will be the main purpose of the computer? Gaming, Xcon, Borderlands 2, Football Manager, RTS, RPGs etc

    3. Do you need a copy of Windows? No

    4. Can you use any parts from an old computer? [Hard drive/DVD Drive/Case/PSU/etc.] Nope

    5. Do you need a monitor? Yes

    5a. If yes, what size do you need. 19'/20'

    Tight enough budget to fit a decent gaming PC with a monitor but I'll give it a shot, finisher a shade over budget including shipping (and lacking a keyboard and mouse).

    I haven't specced out an AM3+ build in a while but I think it mightn't be a bad idea here, because firstly because the 965 is still a pretty decent CPU and nicely priced now.

    Secondly AMD made some decent improvements with the FX chips they released last week and with the AM3+ socket getting at least one more generation of CPUs in 12 months time or so, it ought to leave this build with a very viable CPU upgrade path.

    Ideally I'd like the 2GB version of the 7850 here for a bit of future proofing, but the 1GB should play pretty much any game extremely well @1080p for the next couple of years.
