Where to get cheap top hats or bowler hats

lads I hate having to start a thread for all my questions, is there an off-topic thread somewhere? anyway, as in the title, im looking for cheap top hats and/or bowler hats for a project. nothing fancy really. I think ill hit the second hand shops on Saturday, but new is fine too. any ideas?

I have seen some on ebay for around a tenner once you convert to Euro. I'm looking for one for Halloween next year, Clockwork orange styleee
