    The article is a rehash of articles that have appeared in the Irish Media ages ago. Its not saying concretely that it will happen as it says that James Reilly has to go to Cabinet 'late next month'.

    Whats new? Nothing. There isn't anything in the start of the article that we see that is new.

    Christ almighty talk about scaremongering.

    The Cabinet and the Government are on Easter Break today.
