Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Dinamo Zagreb's 16-year old Alen Halilovic (born on 18 June 1996) made his Champions League debut last night against PSG.

Zagreb have been producing some top players the last few years and this lad looks like he could be another great player. Can't wait to see him develop and I hope he stays there and doesn't move like it is being rumoured.

Scored a goal a few weeks back that looked just like a Messi goal, with the little chip over the keeper from inches in front of him.

Realistically though, how long can they keep him?

His dad also came through their youth teams AFAIK, and he won multiple titles with them. Now he is a youth coach at Dinamo, he might convince him that staying is the right move. They could also point to the fact that Lovren, Badelj and Modric stayed till they were 21/23/23.

Staying and playing regular first team football in Croatia is the best thing to do imo.

Born on the same day of that bizarre game where England stuffed the Dutch 4-1 in Euro 96.

Won't make him better, stronger or faster, he will just run for longer.

4th goal in a 4-1 win four minutes into injury time, lets not get carried away.

TBH for me JB brought it mainstream and since Baby it seems really common. I know not his invention but some coincidence. Perhaps young Alen is a Belieber :)

Pato was the first player I saw doing it. In his case it was directed towards Silvio Berlusconi's daughter, Barbara.
