Hi All,

I have just submitted a short story to the Irish Independent and it's been over ten days and I haven't heard anything back yet. The last time I submitted a story to them they replied the next day with a 'thanks but no thanks' response.

Has anyone else experienced this time frame? Am I getting my hopes up or is it normal that they would take this long before rejecting it.

Would be grateful for any input.
