Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Settlement

    Hi Guys,

I was due to go to court recently and reached a settlement, this was 4 weeks ago and I still have not received any indication as to when I will receive the settlement. Is there a normal length of time to be waiting for a cheque/settlement? I naively was under the impression it would have been sorted in a few weeks! The dispute was with a large multinational company and is not for a huge amount of money aprox €5k and I imagine every company would have their own policies and it could depend from company to company, if that is the case what would be deemed a unreasonable length of time to be waiting?
