Vegan/Gluten-free treats that non Vegans might like?

Hello o/ I'd like to bake something that is Vegan and gluten-free but could still be enjoyed by those that aren't Vegan or gluten intolerant...and they won't avoid as it might look overly healthy/boring. Anyone have any cheap and yummy ideas? Preferably buns/biscuits or a cake that can be easily cut into portions.
