    I have been trying to authenticate my 365 pin and have tried calling numerous times with no answer and a waste of credit! Do they ever answer their phones?

    Once again, apologies for the inconvenience.

    Banking 365 are very busy during weekends and after Bank Holidays.
    The best time to call them is 8:00am - 9:30am and evening time.

    If you have (or know someone who has) landline calls included in their phone package ring +353 1 404 4000 to authenticate it.
