android 2.2 tablet pc, any good?

I am looking to buy this Tablet

as a present for my wife.

I know nothing about computers so I'm looking for advise as to whether these are any good.

All she would be interested in is web browsing and watching videos.
Does the fact that it has flash mean that you can download and stream most videos?

Based on those needs do you think that it will do the job?
Any advise would be appreciated.

Don't go near this one. Android 2.2, awful CPU and a resistive screen.

You can easily get a budget tablet with ICS for the same money. Aim for a bare minimum of a capacitive screen, A8 or A9 CPU, ICS and 512MB RAM.
