Sandusky sd card not working on win XP

I have this class10 Sandusky sd card that I use for raspberry pi. This card works fine on pi and on my Ubuntu laptop but is not seen on win xp same laptop. It does not throw any error. I just don't see it in the drive list. Any suggestions

If it's class 10 then it's probably an SDHC card with more than 4GB in which case you need to apply this fix...
