Kobe is playing tonight, with " one of the worst sprains " of his career. Interesting..

Bit retarded if you ask me, why even risk damaging it more when they more then likely have the playoffs coming up

    Longest 1.5 seconds ever

Indiana looked nothing like a contender tonight!

Good win for the Lakers considering they were basically missing Kobe the whole game and Dwight was dealing with foul trouble!

Massive win for the Lakers there.

Jesus, the East is bad. No Kobe, no Gasol and the Lakers beat the 2nd best team in the East on their own floor.

There are 4 or 5 teams in the West who could give the Heat a good series, but they'll stroll into a Finals and only have to play one of them.

Thats the lakers in the playoffs now I'd say. Should pick up a few handy wins next week

Denver take care of business against Memphis for an 87-80 win. 11 straight now and 15 in a row at home. Also moves the Nuggets to within a game of both the Clippers and Memphis. Homecourt in the first round would be massive

The main problem for the pacers last year was evident last night too. They have a good balance of scoring and responsibility through the team but when it come to crunch time, they lack an identity. What type of team are the Pacers in the last few minutes of a close game? Inside-outside? Pick and roll? And they don't seem to have a go-to play or player. PG is not an option and neither is big Roy or Lance. IMO the 2 toughest players on the team are Hill and West, yet where was the effort to get West the ball at the elbow in the last few minutes? Hill and West should run the pnr and get the ball to West at the ft line. He is a good passer out of a double team and is cool enough to make his own shot if not doubled. If they don't develop a dependable way to score in the clutch then they'll flatter to deceive in the playoffs.

Not a bad observation there mate. The haven't been clutch in 4thQs for allot of games this season. I've watched the vast majority of their games and many times they've gone into the last Q with small leads, missed too many shots and gave away game

Again another game lost in the 4th against Philly. Come on Indiana. We can't afford to drop to 3rd seed.

Bang on the money. The Western Playoffs are gonna be fantastic viewing. Heat as you said will cruise. Fatigue wise it will be interesting comparing Miami to whoever they face in the Finals.

Bost on an a 11 - 0 run. In the 1st. Miami's winning streak could be stopped tonight. "The Truth" looks up for it

It's Jeff Green having the best game of his career. Cue the emotional stories about what he's been through in the last year :P

I noticed that too. ESPN putting up a insert clip of Green talking about "inspiration". Only in America

What a finish in Boston and Chicago!

23 winstreak for Miami. 2nd highest of all time. Great game.

Saw the end of it. Love finishes like that. Sounds like Boston were hard done by, but credit to Miami for pulling it out to keep the streak going.

Poor, poor performance from the Lakers. Couldn't handle Scola in the 4th at all.

So what about Miami's winning streak. It's now at 23. Can they break the record held by the LA Lakers in the 1971-72 season when they recorded 33 straight wins?

Let't look at their next few games.

Away to the Cavs - 24

    Home to Detroit - 25

    Home to Charlotte - 26

    Away to Orlando - 27

    Away to Chicargo - 28

Away to New Orleans - 29

Away to San Antonio - Streak Over. The night Tony Paker is due to return to action. San Antonio are the best team in the NBA to counter-act the Heat. Parker returning will be a huge boost. Along with Duncan, Splitter, Leonard, Green, Ginobili and Coach Pop can stop the streak

They've had a pretty easy schedule to get the streak, but you still gotta win the games so they get respect for that. Huge performance from the C's last night with no Rondo and no KG - never thought they'd get within 2 without them.

Agree with above, they could easily win the next 6, but can't see them beating San An in San An.
