iPhone 4 - Unlock

Last week i bought an iPhone on eBay. It was from Israel and is locked to the network "Pelephone". I Jailbroke it and installed Ultrasn0w and Ultrasn0w fixer for ios 6.0. Still not working! So i took it to GSM Solutions in Camden Street and was shocked to hear it would cost 125 euro to get a factory unlock. I'm going in next week to get this done, but before i do that i was wondering do any of you guys have any ideas on how else to unlock it? Anywhere else that will do it cheaper? I tried Moore Street, Georges Street and Wexford Street - none of them will do it as they have never heard of the network it is locked to
