Incident tonight outside TSB bank on Patrick St, which attracted the attention of several gardai, including the Emergency Response Unit. Would have happened between 10.45 and 11pm. A car, think it was an old Ford Fiesta, was facing perpedicular to the street, and had gone up on the footpatch facing the bank. I couldn't…

Incident tonight outside TSB bank on Patrick St, which attracted the attention of several gardai, including the Emergency Response Unit. Would have happened between 10.45 and 11pm. A car, think it was an old Ford Fiesta, was facing perpedicular to the street, and had gone up on the footpatch facing the bank. I couldn't tell exactly what had happened, as there was seemingly no damage done the car and the occupants were not visibly upset. Either way it held up traffic for a good bit.

Anyone know exactly what happened?
