I have a wine bar and thinking of investing a large amount into re branding and making it into an attractive franchiseable opportunity.

I am looking at some up and coming coffee franchises and feel i can do the same with my wine.

The Lavazza espression is what i have been looking at for ideas as they have invested a lot into this new franchise.

I was imagining substituting their drinks for similar wine creations while having similar food options and of course craft beers and coffees but the main focus being the wine.

Do you think there would be a demand for a very well put together wine bar that looks as modern as the Lavazza franchise.

I have around 50K to invest in the transformation which will also include a fitting of a new premises in cork city centre.
