    Hi!

    We moved from Vodafone to Eircom because the woman who came to our house said that we could get 24mb NGB. We were paying for 24mb with Vodafone but we were only ever getting 12mb.

    We've received our first bill from Eircom (not the connection one, the one after that!) and we're still getting 12mb.

    When will we be getting the (almost) 24mb NGB?

    We're in Tuam.
