    hi,

    Existing EI electricity customer. I switched my gas to EI on Oct 11 and received the auto generated success email. Have heard nothing since. Can someone look into this and tell me what the current situation is? Will PM reference number and (electricity) account info (if required) to rep on request.

    Hi Bazmo,

    It can take four weeks or more for the documentation to arrive in the post, however I can still check the switch for you. I require your name/address and date of birth. If you have your GPRN (gas point reference number) I can use that as a reference. If not, your electricity account number is fine.
