are the EA Servers down?

I have fifa13 and it wont play online at the moment.for the last few nights..it says ea servers are unavailable at the moment,try later.. i thought maybe it was my set up or sumting,but i put in fifa12 and it said same thing..and that always worked for me.anyone any ideas?
