Depends if you want to fill out the forms yourself or get a company like Go4less to help you. If you do it by yourself, it's essentially free.

Go4less - Approx. €90
Police Cert - Free (If I remember correctly)
Passport - ~€90
Medical Cert (If needed) - ~€300
Application fee to Canadian Gov - €150
