Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I only got to a few games this year but I would love for the blues to go up, still going to be really cool to watch the blues from my couch.

I love games like this. Its a shame its a 2 legged game. I'd much rather 90 mins of win v bust than a more drawn out affair.

Why are there a large number of Waterford fans standing on the open terrace in the lashing rain when it would've cost them the same to go to the covered stand?

Because that's where you stand as an away supporter....

    Rain is good for you.

EDIT: and it doesn't cost the same - as far as I remember it's 20 quid into the big stand!!!

and there are only a few seats in the stand allocated for away fans

Surely there'd be no problem with standing at the back of the stand, like happens in the away section of pretty much every ground?
    Rain is good for you.

Especially when it's Mervue rain, which turns into snow, regardless of the season.

A tenner, regardless of where you sit/stand for tonight.

The entire block of seats on the left side of the stand as the camera looks at it, right?

    Dundalk look sharp.

My god footballers are thick. Does Maher have any sort of rational of what that sending off could cost the club.

Stupid lack of discipline - in the play off of all games. Waterford were coming back into it as well. It'll be much easier now.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 1,419 ✭✭✭born2bwild

Dundalk really are a mess - such a lack of discipline on the pitch, musical chairs management and imploding ownership.

    They're one up, though.

    What was the Red for?

Damn Soaps on so not watching on TV, thankfully there are alternatives....

A petulant kick in front of the ref

He fell over and then blatantly kicked the Waterford player while he was on the ground. Its was clear to the ref. He had the red card out as soon as he did.

Very promising first half for Waterford besides being one down, if we keep playing like this we should at least get the draw possibly the win.

Damage limitation for Dundalk now I think, try to keep the 2nd leg alive.

    Nice header, but terrible defending.
