Is Cian O' Connor from Dublin or Meath?

Apologies for the random question! I really need to know this for a presentation I'm giving in the morning- I thought he was from Meath but the almighty wikipedia says he's a Dub...does anybody know what the story is with the Meath connection? Is it just that he's trained there for the last few years? Thanks in advance!
