Photoshop CS6 Crashing on Win 8

I upgraded to Win 8 over the weekend and today I went to use Photoshop and everytime I click CTRL+A it crashes.

Here is an event log which shows the crash details. Help appreciated.

Seems fine to me. I'm using Photoshop from CS6 x64. It's being run on a clean install of windows 8. Have done loads today with it and pressed ctrl A with no issues.

Did you upgrade or do a clean install of windows 8? If not a clean install try uninstalling and reinstalling photoshop. Or try installing a new version of your intel graphics driver specifically for windows 8

Had upgraded new Intel Driver and rebooted. Problem stills persists. It's not the first program to struggle with Win 8. I suppose I can always try uninstalling and reinstalling although it takes a long time.

I never do upgrades as I think it always causes problems. I've had no issues with any software I use following the clean install.
