Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    My first thought is "what a tasteless assertion to make":(. I'm guessing that this preacher sees Hurricane Sandy as an act of god. However, I see it as a natural tragedy which has ruined many lives and very possibly caused billions of euro (dollars) worth of damage along the eastern US coastline.:eek:

    Instead of creating tenuous links inspired by religious beliefs, why doesn't this preacher find out how hurricanes actually form?

    He is obviously inept from an academic and educational point of view and is using his draconian religion as a front to hide his own fears, shortcomings and insecurities (and may be drawing attention away from the fact that he himself mightn't be exactly straight).

    What he should be doing is saying prayers (being a preacher and all) for the countless lives ruined by this horrific ordeal and not shortsightedly seeing it as punishment for the general existence of the homosexual community. If this were the case, I think hurricanes would be a world wide occurrence. Finally, homosexuality is a personal choice which shouldn't be frowned upon. Only insecure people do this.
