When A Haversack Isn't Warrented .....

I've seen jackets and body warmers with loads of pockets that could be used for an on-the-beaten-track 2 hour stroll, where you don't want to bring a haversack, but you want to bring your phone, keys, 500 ml of water and a snack etc.

Fargo in "A Town Called Eureka" had a great gizmo with loads of zip pockets, that he strapped on to his chest that would also do the job. Has anyone come across such an item?

You could look at a train running pack or a bumbag, I've a small one, about 5 litres I think, and find it great for "odd's & end's". Also brilliant if you're visting a foreign city for camera, guide book etc.

There's a fair few here, to give you idea whats out there.
