Keep getting disconnected from EA/EAS FC servers

I don't do much online gaming so its not that big an issue but its still annoying when I get disconnected while playing on career mode and as a result don't get the coins for winning games etc. I stay connected to the PS3 network and sometimes even to the EA servers, but lose my EAS FC connection, meaning that my own…

Presume there is nothing I can do about this except to complain to EA about the poor connectivity of their servers and hope they sort it out?
