Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi

Im a 22 year old male that plans to buy a 3 bed house in Dublin within the next 2-4 years.

I have 42k in a savings acc with tsb but only get around 650euro return per annum..Just wondering if there any place better to put the money in that would give a better rate but i wouldn't like it locked up for more than 4 years thanks
