    My (wife's!) research is a year out of date at this stage but we chose Dairygold in Mogeely for our pallet last year. They were a tiny bit more expensive than another crowd from up the country, but for the sake of a few quid we went local.

    Not sure how competitive they are by the bag, but again we buy from them to support local business.

    Usually handy to deal with co-op as they'll deliver pallet loads... (and usually have those little forklifts on the back so can put them almost anywhere)
