Going to friends who are preparing Chinese food for a dinner and asked me to bring desert, so I'm looking for and idea for Chinese desert. any help will be much appreciated. thanks :)

Jamie Oliver does this refreshing Asian influenced dessert with Lychees and Blueberries, sesame snaps, vanilla ice cream and fresh mint. I haven't tried it out but I think it would work great with your menu.
