    Here are my spec.. Im looking for possible upgrades, just wanted to get pointed in the right direction. Professional build in 2008...

    any ideas?

    Hmm... well a lot of parts there are getting long in the tooth so you'll need to really just change everything if you're finding that it's holding you back.

    What specifically are you doing with the system? If it's games, perhaps you could upgrade the graphics card and PSU, which you could take to a new system.
    Or maybe you could find some cheap second hand RAM. to bring it to 4GB.

    If it's just office work mainly, I'd just get an SSD and reinstall your OS to it.

    The CPU might actually be upgradable as AMD have had an extensive plan for that line of sockets. Lets see...
    Looks like it supports the lower power phenoms such as the Phenom II 925 and 945. Or you could put an Athlon II X3 or X4. These wouldn't be bad upgrade routes if you wanted the system to last a bit and if the price was right.
