Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    It will.

As long as the system has optical in (which it does) there should be no problems.

great thanks, as just a bit confused as it says video 2 above the optical input.

I will be able to put the video through HDMI to my tv and audio via optical input on the surround sound?

Yeah, there should be an 'aux optical' option on the surround sound sytem and you'll select that.

The HDMI will most likely carry sound to your tv speakers too but you can always mute that if you like.

I've not tried it out but it should be pretty straight forward.
